Code-it Software has been a player in the development of Assistive Technology (A-Tech) software since 1997. We were the first to release "talking" web browsers (named 'Web Talkster' & 'Web Speakster') to aid children with ADD, or folks with poor eye sight, to enjoy the web.

We are presently offering this array of our ATECH stuff all wrapped up in one menu type application in the hopes that you'll benefit in some way from it's use.

System Requirements

~Windows XP or Vista (most everything EXCEPT "Web Talkster" - without any additional supporting files installed - will also run on Windows 98, ME and 2000). See "Web Talkster" product page for information about addition files required to run on these older Windows systems.

~A sound card.

You don't have to have special needs to enjoy this software! Anyone (particularly kids) that enjoys text 2 speech software will get good use from the many applications it offers!

Text 2 Speech Stuff...

Speaking Note Pad - Even if you are just learning word processing for the first time, you will find the powerful, yet easy-to-use features of this Speaking Note Pad (word processor) to be a wonderful tool to build your word processing skills quickly!

Text 2 Audio - Do you ever want to convert text to audio? If so, "Text 2 Audio" is what you want to make it easy as pie. It can convert text to mp3, text to wma or text to wav on the fly using the state of art text to speech (TTS) system. It converts text to mp3 or wma directly without generating any other temporary files.

Text Talkster - Basically this is a Windows clipboard "speaker": it "speaks" any text content that is copied into the clipboard via Microsoft Agent technology.

Web Talkster - Simply put - this is a talking web browser that is compatible with Windows XP and Vista.

Misc Stuff...

Audio Recorder/ real time - record audio in "real time": meaning no temp files and encodes to MP3 or WAV on the fly. A must have for recording iNet radio broadcasts or any other long drawn out recordings.

Audio CD Writer - burn your audio files to CD-R to play in most any CD Player 

Data CD Writer - use to burn/ archive your audio files to CD-R, CD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-RAM, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD-ROM or Blue-Ray CD disc.

Magnifier - this is a small screen magnifier for folks that need a little help seeing text or content of the screen content.

Sign Talkster - a software application to teach/ help learn American Finger Spelling (sign language).

Guess the Number Game - uses Peedy the talking parrot: the title tells it all.

Picture Taker - uses Peedy the talking parrot: if you don't get a kick out of this program you just aren't human!

Peedy the Jokester - uses Peedy the talking parrot: have Peedy tell you an array of jokes and riddles.

Song Gallery - uses Peedy the talking parrot: have Peedy sing you an arrary of tunes. Lot's of fun!
