as enjoyment of your audio files.
Convert Most All Formats:
100% FREE DOWNLOAD & USAGE (revised
05.30.2010)

I really wanted to include
this tool within Wave MP3 Editor but since it would add over 9Mb
to the setup I decided to offer it this way.
Recently some of you folks
have been asking how to edit a 24 or 32 bit WAV file since WMP3E
does not support anything other then 8 or 16 bit-rate. Also -
there has been a current interest in converting to and from MP4
and M4A file formats.
Well.. here's a "work
around" solution (software app) that will convert most any
audio format (including 24-bit WAV files) to MP3. OGG or WAV sample
rate that WMP3E supports.
Batch converts AIF, AU, AVI, WMA, MP3, M4A,
OGG, RA, WMA, WMV to your choice of MP3, MP4, M4A, OGG or
WAV. Convert one
or a hundred at a time via a click. Never alters your original
files - creates new files (of your choice of format) into a
"target" folder that you set.
Disclaimer: this GUI shells out to a
command line/ type exe file: it will not save any MP3 or WMA ID
tags.
MP3 Volume Normalizer: 100% FREE
DOWNLOAD & USAGE

Tired of reaching for your volume knob
every time your mp3 player changes to a new song? This software
analyzes and adjusts mp3 files so that they have the same volume.
Analyzes mp3 files to determine how loud they sound to the human
ear. It can then adjust the mp3 files so that they all have the
same loudness without any quality loss. This way, you don't have
to keep reaching for the volume dial on your mp3 player every time
it switches to a new song.
Operates in two modes, Track and Album:
Track mode volume-corrects a mix of unrelated songs to a selected
level. Calculates the volume level for each song individually. It
then corrects each song to make its volume level match the Target
Volume.
For example, if you have 3 songs that have volume levels of 86, 91
and 89 dB and you use Track Gain to convert them to a Target
Volume of 92 dB, they will all be at approximately 92 dB.
Album mode volume-corrects a collection of related songs (as they
would appear on a CD, or "album") relative to other
collections of songs. Applying Album gain is like adjusting the
volume knob once for each CD you put in your CD player. The
overall volume of the album is adjusted to the Target Volume, but
the volume differences between the mp3s in the album are
preserved.
For example, if you have 3 songs that have volume levels of 86, 91
and 89 dB, then the overall volume of this "album" will
probably be around 89 dB. If the Target Volume is set to 92 dB,
then when you apply Album Gain MP3Gain will increase the volume of
each of these songs by +3 dB.
With Album mode, you want some songs to be noticeably quieter than
other songs, just like they are on an album. If you're playing a
classical CD, you expect the track with the flute solo to be
quieter than the track with the big full-orchestra finale. Album
mode allows you to correct an entire album while keeping each
song's volume level relative to the other songs.
Most programs that "normalize" sound files do so by
adjusting all the samples so that the loudest single sample is at
some specified value - using a "normalize effect". This
is not a good way to make all the files actually have the same
loudness. First of all, this method will most likely distort the
quality of some of the files. Secondly, the human ear does not
hear the loudness of single samples. It averages out sounds over
time. Lastly, today's popular music CDs are heavily compressed.
The sound engineers making the CD raise the average level so that
it sounds much louder, while compressing the loudest parts so that
they don't distort.
Lossless Gain Adjustment
The bad news: This software can only adjust the volume of your mp3
files in steps of 1.5 dB.
The good news: 1.5 dB is a small enough step for most practical
purposes. Most humans can just barely hear a volume change of 1
dB.
Some other good news is that this volume adjustment is completely
lossless. In other words, if you adjust an mp3 by -6 dB and then
if you change your mind, you can adjust it again by +6 dB and it
will be exactly the same as it was before you made the first
adjustment.
Has been tested to be compatible with
Windows 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, XP, Vista (including Vista 64-bit)
& 7.
Trim Silence Thing: 100% FREE
DOWNLOAD & USAGE (released
07.21.2010)

OK - I've had 4 or 5 users wanting a way/
solution to trim the silence from the start and ending of audio
files in 'batch mode' - so here you go. In other words - a
software app to allow you to do the following:
- load a batch of audio files to be
transformed
- leaves original files "in
tack" - in other words transform the files into a
"target folder"
- save the transformed file as WAV and/
or MP3 format: saved as a new file into the "target
folder".
- trim/ delete the SILENCE from the
start and ending of the file(s)
- do in all in "batch mode"
I am offering options to get this
software in two different ways:
- download just the exe file - you can
then place it anywhere on your system and either create a
"short cut" to or add it to one of the "User
Defined Activation" links within the Audio Editor to
activate. You must have PRO installed on the system as this
app uses some of the same supporting files! Get

Text Transformer: 100% FREE
DOWNLOAD & USAGE (added
08.07.2010)

This
software is a very easy to use text 2 speech type program that
allows you have text spoken to you as well as convert to WAV, MP3,
MP4, WMA and other popular audio formats.
Can be
used to create audio eBooks as well as help you make use of your
"dead time" by "time shifting".
Supports
import of .txt and .rtf file formats.
Here's
what you'll get...
Have you ever wanted to convert text to audio? If so, "Text
Transformer" makes the process "easy as pie". It
can convert text to WAV, MP3, MP4, WMA and other popular audio
formats, on the fly, using the state of art text to speech (TTS)
system.
Although there are Speech Application Interface (SAPI) on windows,
the interface is very complex. Especially there are two major SAPI
versions (SAPI4 and SAPI5) existing, which are not compatible
between each other. So if you want to use SAPI4 and SAPI5
compatible engines (there are a lot of free SAPI4 voices on
internet, so SAPI4 is still useful) , you have to spend double
effort. Based on such fact, "Text Transformer" wraps
SAPI4 and SAPI5 into a common interface which is efficient and
easy to use.
Create Audio eBooks - take advantage of the Project
Gutenberg which offers a huge amount of free text (and HTM)
formatted e-books. Record these free books to audio (WAV, MP3 or
WMA format) then burn on an audio CD-R (or transfer to your MP3
Player) for your listening pleasure any where, any time.
Time shifting! This, in my mind, is the biggest feature of T2S
that users have been missing. You can easily listen to any text
content that has been recorded to audio at any free time you may
have. Studying for a test at college? Record the content to CD-R
or load it into your MP3 player - have it available while you are
driving or waiting in line to get lunch, etc. Are you a business
man or woman that needs to make a speech or presentation when you
get to work? Use your commute driving time to refresh your mind of
the content - recorded to CD-R and played in the car CD player or
recorded to MP3 and loaded into a MP3 player. The possibilities
are almost endless how "time shifting" can enhance your
life and make use of "dead time".
Use to learn or teach English (or any of the other supported Text
2 Speech engine languages) as a second language.
Review your presentations via the "spoken word". Have
you ever noticed how you can write something that looks correct
but when spoken it just comes out wrong? Input your text into the
application then click the PLAY button to hear it spoken!
Includes several free text-2-speech engines as well as an option
to install AT&T English engine for free (a $19.95 value for
sure - believe it or not!). Check
it out here...

"MP3 Sing-A-Long Recorder"

This software is like nothing I've ever seen before: I'm bet'n you haven't either. It embeds lyrics into MP3 file(s) then gives you the option of singing along (showing the lyrics for you to follow) just for the heck of it and/ or record your voice (while the tune is playing) and have your recording mixed into the master file. Save your mixed recording to a standard MP3 file via one click.
Oh, by the way - you musicians that use "charts" to play your gigs - instead of embedding lyrics - embed your "chart" (combined with lyrics if you want) - use the software on a Netbook and have your chart right in front of you to follow along! Instead of toke'n around a stack of hard copy "charts" try out this 21st century way!
The jest of this software is to embed lyrics into your Mp3 files (a v3 MP3 ID tag option) so that anytime we want to play them (within this special software) it will show the lyrics so we can follow/ sing along. Kind of like a Karaoke Player.
But wait - that's not all! Let's get to the fun part - recording your voice to be
over-layed/ mixed within master MP3
file. This software lets you do this without hardly any effort: is
coded to be easy to use and understand.
I've found that if you have
a terrible voice (like me) that the recordings are hilarious! You
can't believe how funny they are. Use this software just for fun
or do some professional "voice over" work with it. My
teen age daughter just loves this software: it was developed at
her request - it's helping her be pretty good at carrying a
tune.
DISCLAIMER:
will not handle files over 2 Gig in size.

Audio Books: 100% FREE
DOWNLOAD & USAGE (in
development)
After months of work developing a web
site that offered an array of Audio Books - I have abandoned this
project due to the massive amount of time/ work involved - I felt
that the site needed 100's (not 10's) of Audio Books published to
be of real value and at the rate of development would take at
least a year; therefore, rather then all this work going to waste, I
have decided to offer them free to all folks that might have
an interest in the new world of Audio Books.
If there is any user interest (would
appreciate input - mb@code-it.com) -
I'll be adding more of these Audio Books as time permits - so
please check back often for the most current offerings.
TIP:
use any of WMP3E PRO's advanced Audio Players (RockN Audio, Wild
Thing, etc...) to load the included play-list of these Audio
Books. That way the chapters/ tracks will play in order as well as
you'll have the option to change the voice pitch, as well as the
reading speed to your liking.
