SOFTWARE RE-BRANDING:
Re-branded Software for Promo
give-away: a great marketing and "brand" building
strategy!
We have LOTS of software applications
(some published on this site but most not even published) offered
for/ so you can give them away freely. Generate "brand"
recognition by offering useful software for FREE. It's a proven
fact: if you give your potential customers a useful software
application (via download) that has your name and/ or companies
banner embedded you WILL gain income and brand recognition! Every
time your potential customer opens. and uses the software, your
name (and link) is "right in their face"!
Really, if you think about it, it's
cheaper then "pay for click" advertising. How so?
- Everyone likes FREE software - you'll
be surprised how many downloads you'll get if you
provide a useful software application. "Word of
mouth" will spread like wild fire! If your site gets, say
a 1,000 new viewer hits a day, you'll find that approx. 10%
(100) will download your free software. Do the math - this
means that 3,000 folks install your software on their system
every month: hopefully using it several times a month there
after.
- Now a days - the charge for a popular
"pay per click keyword" is about $1.00 per
click: for 100 clicks a day (like the example above) the cost
will be whopping $100.00 per day. How many of these folks will
actually buy your product? Prob only about 2% (2).
- If you're selling a product (or
service) that only costs $30.00 - you paid (as explained in
the example above) $50.00 per click that resulted in a sell of
$30.00 - you LOST 20 bucks plus any e-commerce commission you
have to pay: Google or Yahoo made $100.00. No wonder Google/
Yahoo is make'n so much money and you're losing your shirt!
- We all know that the more a person
sees your "ad" the more likely he or she will
evidently buy something from you. A "one click"
solution may not be enough to get the job done! Just
"browsing", for stuff of interest, is common place:
if they click your ad - will they remember you when they're
ready to buy? Maybe, but not likely!
- It's just a much better way - don't
you think? Give your potential customer something they can use
- and promotes your "brand" - not just pay for
them to click on your site once.
Basically what we are offering you are
software applications that are customized to include your logo/
banner (that links to your site) to give away to your potential
customers in any way you prefer. A one time re-branding fee:
you'll never pay any royalties or other licensing fees. Just
do with the software as you will!
The one-time re-branded fee assumes that
there will be NO changes to the software other then changing the
name (of your choice) and adding either a banner or logo (or a
splash screen) that links to your web site. To keep our prices
this low we have to "keep it simple" but for extra
programming fees we'll customize how ever you want ;-)
A small notice (of developer credit and
copyright) and link to code-it.com is required on the About
Screen, embedded in these special re-branded promo versions. I'd
consider eliminating this BUT it will raise the cost considerably.
Re-branded Software used for
generating income (Freeware and Shareware): a great way to

Basically - what we're talking about here
is exactly the same opportunity/ terms as what has just been
explained in the above section EXCEPT DIFFERENT in the following
ways...
- We can re-brand any of our software
offerings to offer as "Shareware" (try before you
buy)
- These type re-branded versions
include an EVALUATION as well as a FULL REGISTERED version
(or unlock key-code to activate registration if you
prefer) for you to offer for sale at whatever fee you want
- one time re-branding fee which means no future royalty
or fees to us of any kind (except any revisions you may
want at a future time).
- We can re-brand any
of our software offerings to offer as "Freeware"
(free to user): but how can I make any money giving away free
software you may ask?
- Use the Freeware software version
to sell/ promote an "upgrade" to a
"PRO" version that offers more advanced
features. One time re-branding fee which means no future royalty
or fees to us of any kind (except any revisions you may
want at a future time).
- Use the Freeware software version
to stream in ads: sell your ads to generate income. You
would have complete control what ads you stream in/ show
and could be changed in a heart beat! It's an easy process
to implement this "ad streaming" process - we'll
give you detailed instructions/ suggestions. One time
re-branding fee which means no future royalty or fees to
us of any kind (except any revisions you may want at a
future time).
NEW SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT:
We are "at the ready" to work
with you on any new ideas you may have for a new software
application. We can do this in the following ways...
- Develop the software, at our cost (no
cost to you), and then offer it to you as a
"re-branded" software application. We would have the
right to release or re-brand to others - this would involve
the lowest cost to you.
- Develop the software, at our cost (no
cost to you), and then offer it to you as a "EXCLUSIVE
re-branded" software application. We could never release
or re-brand the software to others - this would involve a
higher cost to you then the above method.
- Develop the software on a
"contract basis": meaning that the source code and
copyright will belong to you only: in other words "work
for hire". We could never release or re-brand the
software to others - this would involve the highest cost to
you (much higher then the the above mentioned methods).
PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
If you're a person that lives in the
U.S.A., has good ethics, an independent "spirit", a
desire to succeed, but very little money to invest - then you
might consider this option.
- We will consider
"re-branding" any of our software (including what is
published on this site as well as any other apps we have to
offer) and release it to you for distribution off your web
site (or any other way you want to distribute).
- The restrictions of this partnership
opportunity would be:
- We, here at "Code-it",
would have complete control of the registration process
and e-commerce. In other words - the software will point
to our e-commerce partner for registration fee collection,
we will handle the registration process then mail you a
check (monthly) for an agreed upon commission/ split of
registration fee.
- We will not tolerate any type of
scam on your part! In other words if we start getting a
lot of credit card "charge backs" then our
relationship will be over - pronto! We've been in business,
and know our software well enough, to know what to expect
as far as sells and e-commerce issues.
IDEAS FOR HOME BUSINESS:
In this section we will offer a few
suggestions for making a few (or lot's of) bucks using software
published on this site...
- Develop/ promote a web site that
offers any of our "re-branded" software: use the
"shareware" or "freeware - with ads
streaming" marketing model to generate sales/
revenue.
- Start a service to convert old vinyl
records to digital MP3's and Audio CD's (using our "Wave
MP3 Editor PRO"). You should be able to get
approx. $25 to $50 for each vinyl record converted to Audio
CD. It's a solid business venture!
- Start a service to rip Audio CD's to
MP3 files then burn on a "data CD" (using our "Wave
MP3 Editor PRO").
- Offer a service to do audio editing of
any kind: using our "Wave
MP3 Editor PRO". You'd be surprised how much
demand there is for this service.
- If you are a talented band, musician
or singer - use our "Wave
MP3 Editor PRO" software to record and create
your own "home grown" audio CD's. Sell them, use to
promote yourself or both.
- Set up a "home grown" music
recording studio using our "Wave
MP3 Editor PRO" software. You could charge a low
fee for folks that have musical talents but no computer
skills. Record their music and burn on an Audio CD for them to
distribute.
- Offer a service to convert text
documents to audio. Use our "Text
Transformer" software to get the job done easily!
This might be a great service to offer to educators, churches,
or any other business/ organization that wants to offer
content on the web in audio form (offer lessons, sermons, advertising
or any content on the net via an embedded web page MP3
player). Promote "time shifting" to businesses to
make use of "dead time".
- Create (and promote) a web site to
offer/ sell "Audio Books" using our "Text
Transformer" software to convert text based books
to audio. There would be many possibilities to also offer
re-branded software that relates to this process if you might
want to go that route also.
- The above ideas are just a start: use
your imagination to create the perfect solution for YOU!
